1. Consultant Information

2. Scope of Services

The consultant delivers expert services in marketing strategy, international growth and market entry, and advisory support for startups. Services encompass the deliverables mutually agreed upon in writing with the client. Any additional services beyond the agreed scope will be subject to a separate agreement.

3. Payment Terms

  • Fees are as stated in the proposal or invoice.
  • Payment is due upon receipt or under 30 days depending on the task.
  • Late payments may incur interest of 10% per month.
  • All payments are in euro

4. Cancellation and Refunds

  • The client may cancel the service by providing written notice 15 days in advance.
  • Refunds are possible only for services not yet delivered. Prepaid work already performed is non-refundable.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All materials created by the consultant remain the property of the consultant unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • The client may use deliverables for its intended purpose only.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all information disclosed during the engagement and not to use it for any purpose other than the agreed services.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • The consultant’s liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
  • The consultant is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • These terms are governed by French law.
  • Any dispute arising from these terms will be submitted to the competent courts in Paris, France.

9. International Clients

  • Clients outside France acknowledge that any applicable local laws may differ.
  • The client is responsible for any taxes, duties, or import fees arising from international transactions.

10. Acceptance

By engaging the consultant or paying for services, the client acknowledges and accepts these Terms & Conditions.
